ABOUT US
The self-catering studios and apartments at Athina Beach feature an LCD TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi and wired internet access are provided free of charge as well as air conditioning. Each accommodation has a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator. For an extra charge you will receive a safe box.
Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Between the 300 meters away 3 beaches and the hotel is a park with pines.
The surrounding area is fully developed. Here you will find supermarkets and traditional tavernas. Free public parking is available.
It consists of 15 double rooms and 12 single rooms, 2 of them specially designed, for people with disabilities. Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite and digital tv, internet connection and is fully equipped with refrigerator, kitchenette, sink and kitchen utensils.
The location is ideal as the surrounding area is fully developed with tourist cafes, bar, petrol stations, ATMs, while a few steps away is the bus stop. Athina Beach Hotel is an ideal choice for those wishing to relax and rest, as well as for those seeking relaxation and pleasure in the tourist shops in the vicinity of Agia Marina, Platanias and, of course, the Venetian Port in Chania.
Within walking distance of the hotel you will find: the bus stop (with regular bus service from the center of Chania, about 20 minutes), ATM, mini market, supermarket, restaurants, cafés, car rental, pharmacy, bakery, children’s playground with bowling and much more. Taste authentic Cretan cuisine in nearby restaurants, wander through the bars in the area, the Venetian harbor and the idyllic old town.
It offers the opportunities for the lovers of trekking, water sports, nearby parks, a park with pines for cycling, hiking, football etc while it is an excellent starting point for more distant excursions. Reach the Athina Beach staff to request and book on organized trips in Elafonissi, Falassarna, Samaria Gorge and many other interesting places.

Swimming Pool
With an area for small children. Around the pool you will find free sun loungers and umbrellas. So, relax by the pool with a cocktail, listening to the soothing sound of the water and gentle music of our bar. Opening hours of the pool 09: 00- 21:00.
Snack Bar
The snack bar is open daily from 08.00-23.00 and serves breakfast 08.30- 10.30 every morning (7€ per person).Also serves refreshments, coffee, snacks, sandwiches (which you can takeaway), cocktails (Happy hour every day 17.00-19.00, all cocktails 5€) and whatever is included in the list.
So you can enjoy your drink or your breakfast by the pool.
